RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Geeks Town will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must have been purchased directly from www.geekstown.com and be unused and free of all damage. All purchased item(s) and original packing must be intact along with the original invoice. In case the original package cannot be used, please use an appropriate paper box. Geeks Town reserves the right not to accept the returned article if it does not meet these requirements.

To process your Geeks Town return, write us email on support@geekstown.com with your order number and return item(s) details.

Once the return request has been approved, you will receive the return label and instructions via email. The return shipping fee will be clearly communicated at this stage, and deducted from the amount paid, once the return is received.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your return has been received, the return value is determined by the purchased retail price of the item. Shipping charges and Customs duties paid to clear the goods in the country are non-refundable. Please note: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. It may take from 2 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Free Worldwide Shipping applies only to orders above 100€. A shipping fee of 15€ will be applied to orders under 100€.

Taxes and customs duties are not included at checkout. Customs duties vary from country to country and we are not able to predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For this reason, any additional customs clearance costs should be borne by the buyer. You can contact your local customs office to get more information on customs duty applicable on your order.

All orders ship via DHL Express within 2 business days. Once our logistics center has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Please note that shipping may take longer than expected due to customs hold at point of destination. Please reach out to support@geekstown.com if you have any questions or issues.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please write us email on support@geekstown.com within 1 hour of completing your purchase. Unfortunately after 1 hour no modifications can be made and you will have to apply for refund.
